Abstract: A new technique of dominant position of DC Servo motor victimisation PicoBlaze soft-core processor on Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA) is adopted. The soft processor is employed to get the heart beat dimension Modulation (PWM) needed to make motor motion and direction. The soft processor hardware system is build victimisation terribly High Speed Integrated Circuit Hardware Description Language (VHDL), while the processor is programmed victimisation programing language. The type of electrical device used is XILINX FPGA SPARTAN-3E (XC3S500E). The system performance is debugged victimisation chipscope technique and CRO. The real time operation performance is completed with 5 DC servo motors that area unit joined for testing motion of the golem arm. The results show that the position of the servo motors set was controlled efficiently.

The aim of this paper is to regulate speed of the winding system, and to keep up a relentless mechanical tension between the rollers of the system. many controllers square measure considerer, together with sliding-mode management (SMC) single input/single output (SISO) and SMC multi input/multi output (MIMO) and Proportional-integral (PI/MIMO) . Since the PI control technique are often applied simply and is wide celebrated, it has an important place up to speed applications. however this technique is insensitive to parameter changes. The advantage of AN SMC is its hardiness and skill to handle the non-linear behavior of the system. The most contribution of this paper consists of designing MIMO slippery mode management law of a distributed parameter supported the initial model that the management variables square measure coupled. The performances of the management law square measure illustrated by suggests that of simulations and compared to previous results obtained by SISO and (PI-MIMO) management laws .

Zero-voltage transition (ZVT) PWM synchronous buck converter

Abstract: This paper proposes a zero-voltage transition (ZVT) PWM synchronous buck converter, which is designed to operate at low output voltage and high efficiency typically required for portable systems. To make the DC-DC converter efficient at lower voltage, synchronous converter is an obvious choice because of lower conduction loss in the diode. The high-side MOSFET is dominated by the switching losses and it is eliminated by the soft switching technique. Additionally, the resonant auxiliary circuit designed is also devoid of the switching losses. The suggested procedure ensures an efficient converter .
